Rules
- 2 stock, 6:00 minute timer.
- Items OFF.
- Custom moves are banned.
- Custom equips are banned.
- 1111 Default Mii Brawler, Swordsman and Gunner are legal characters. This is the default Mii provided by in-game.
- Order of Events (Game 1): P1 Bans 1 from Neutral, P2 bans stage
- Order of Events (Game 2):Winner announces stage ban, Loser chooses counterpick stage, Winner chooses their character, Loser chooses their character.
- Stage Clause: You cannot counterpick any stage you have won on in a
set unless agreed upon by the opponent.
- Stage bans affect opponents only. Players may counterpick a stage they previously banned themselves.
- Infinites are legal up to 300%.
- Ties after the time limit are determined by stocks, then by percentage.
If both stocks and percentage are tied or both players lose their last
stock simultaneously, a 1 stock 3:00 minute tiebreaker match is played.
- If your opponent breaks a rule and you play it, you gotta live with it. So pay attention.
- If you disconnect mid-game you lose that game in the set.
- Laggy matches still count, quitting out without my say so will result in a loss for you.
- Any attempt at cheating will result in an immediate ban from any future events hosted by The Comfort Zone.

The Smashladder chat is optional, if your opponent only wishes to use
the IRC/is not on the Smashladder chat you must get on the IRC to speak
to them.
How to be DQ'ed
If
you're behind the stream (i.e. stream is in round 2 and you're in round
1) and don't communicate with your opponent or the TO for 5 minutes you
lose one game, then you get another 5 minutes and if you still don't
say anything you lose another and so on. Just let me or anyone who can
let me know that you're alive and you need a second and we're good.
Streamed Matches Specific Rules
- Start fighting right away, Villager won't bother you (not mandatory).
